Since he stormed onto the entertainment scene a year ago, our client Cameroonian rapper and Samsung ambassador Stanley Enow aka Bayangi Boy has no doubt become the busiest on the scene accrueing a vast number of media appearances and shows within Cameroon and abroad.
After showstopping recent performances in both Libreville and Cotonou, Starboy Stanley Enow made his first trip to Europe together with his manager Didier Kouamo – destination Paris – for a one off show scheduled to take place on Saturday May 3rd 2014 invited by the “Association des Anciens de Baffoussam a Paris”; a place where he spent his childhood years and which has become very close to his heart.
At about 4am, clad in a Motherland vest, Heart Angel belt and Gold Zip Leather Tee with a customised “Stanley Enow” snapback by Mookeh and his trademark glasses, Stanley Enow took to the stage in a hyped up, energetic and interactive performance to a crowd of over 300 which saw him perform over 3 songs with one particularly prepared as a special dedication to the event. The crowd responded favourably singing along to Hein Père and Tumbuboss (Deluxe), rushing to take video clips of him and pictures with him while he performed before being lifted up and carried out in true starboy style in a finale to the tunes of Hein Père.
After the show, this is how we chilled out the next day…
Enow, who recently got nominated on the “Best New Act” category at the MTV Africa Music Awards, the first musician from Cameroon to receive such an honour and recognition is also promoting his follow up video for Tumbuboss shot by Shamak Allaharamadji. Watch the video.
