Following his quadruple nomination on four different categories on the prestigious biennale award show Canal 2’Or which was also celebrating its 10th year in an event dubbed the 10th Act, starboy Stanley Enow scooped two of his nominations for Best Newcomer and Best Urban Artist giving him an award every year since he made his entrance into the music scene as the country’s best known hiphop rapper.
The rapper beat heavy weights Burna Boy, Phyno, Uhuru and Heavy K last year in Durban, South Africa when he made history in Cameroon by walking away with the much coveted MTV MAMA prize on the Best New Act category.
In a recent interview with Cameroon entertainment site Kamer Kongosa, Stanley Enow confirms he always had the conviction within him that someday somehow his dream would come true and he gave it the very best that he could at all levels to enable this dream to be a reality. “My most powerful secret recipe remains hardwork, discipline and humility” he also added.
