Just a few more days to go finally before the big reveal of the video collabo between Cameroon’s raving rapper Stanley Enow and Ghana’s biggest MC Sarkodie in what could be the most anticipated year end coming together with the Njama Njama Cow Remix.
Despite the challenge which included losing his dear sister last month, the year end is proving to be a very fruitful and rewarding period for Stanley Enow who has gone from one big stage – fronting the Guinness Made Of Black campaign which culminated in a worldwide preview of the Black Commando video; a collabo between him, London based Ghanaian Fuse ODG and Nigeria’s Olamide – to being featured on big boards across the country notably in Douala and Yaoundé for the Made Of Black Guinness campaign.
What next is in store for Stanley Enow? Well, roll on 2015! In the meantime, sample the teaser of the Njama Njama Cow Remix video shot in Accra by David Nicolsey below and also enjoy Black Commando. Camer on the rise!!
Far away in South Africa, Guinness #MadeOfBlack ambassadors Stanley Enow, Ghana’s Fuse ODG and Nigeria’s Olamide were having the time of their life as they brought the Guinness/MTV Base Africa music collabo to an end with the filming of the theme song “Black Commando” with renowned music director Clarence Peters.
The video is scheduled to be aired for the first time tomorrow around 10pm on MTV Base and Canal 2 and we thought it great to show you some backstage shots which included top act Phyno, ex Miss Cameroon 2013 Valerie Ayena as well as the teaser to get you excited 😉
Here is the teaser of the video aired tomorrow at 10pm…
We will sure be glued to our TV screen to see how this came together. Will you be watching too?
Daddy Black has no need for frills or the added extras, what he brings to the table is a raw untarnished passion for what he does – singing. Earlier this year he released the audio for “Ah No Be Small Boy” following the great reception he had with “Mami Nyanga” and these tracks confirmed Daddy Black‘s position as one of the most vocally gifted talents in Cameroon urban music.
He has been silent since but he has not given up rather he has been quietly working on his new material in the studio which should be released in the coming weeks. Here below are a few studio time shots for you to savour…
If you are yet to listen to Ah No Be Small Boy, here is your chance below.
