She came, she saw and she certainly rapped her voice out last night during her performance at the second day of the 4th edition of Douala Hiphop Festival at Stade Soppo Priso in Bonapriso, Douala.
And going by the reviews, CIANA proved how versatile and comfortable she can be on stage as she performed to Bangwa Sense wrapping it up with Ozeile Nchiengo her popular 2014 single. A few first images below.
One month to go before 2015 chimes in and behind the scenes Cameroon’s afro rapper Miss Ozeile NchiengoCIANA is already thinking 2015 promo with a photoshoot session that was both colour as well as print inspired. Just a few more days to go finally before the big reveal of the video collabo between Cameroon’s raving rapper Stanley Enow and Ghana’s biggest MC Sarkodie in what could be the most anticipated year end coming together with the Njama Njama Cow Remix.
Despite the challenge which included losing his dear sister last month, the year end is proving to be a very fruitful and rewarding period for Stanley Enow who has gone from one big stage – fronting the Guinness Made Of Black campaign which culminated in a worldwide preview of the Black Commando video; a collabo between him, London based Ghanaian Fuse ODG and Nigeria’s Olamide – to being featured on big boards across the country notably in Douala and Yaoundé for the Made Of Black Guinness campaign.
What next is in store for Stanley Enow? Well, roll on 2015! In the meantime, sample the teaser of the Njama Njama Cow Remix video shot in Accra by David Nicolsey below and also enjoy Black Commando. Camer on the rise!!
The month of September was pretty much a busy one but also a fun one as we daily managed and ran the hashtagged #Ciana30 session; a daily online session planned as a strategy to continue with the promotion of rapper Ciana‘s debut video Ozeile Nchiengo that was released on August 4th. The ask was simple, the correct answer in the correct way got the individual to a final draw from which they could become the day’s winner. No complications…K.I.S.S.!!
In collaboration with London based online African radio Pom Radio Extra, we spent 30 days asking the public questions surrounding Ciana‘s interests/life and the debut video Ozeile Nchiengo. The winners were announced through a final draw every night on Twitter/Facebook Page and on The Request Show on Pom Radio Extra.
Though it was quite stressful, we made it from day 1 to day 30 and through that created more awareness for Ciana in the face of her online public, we had 29 happy troopers who enjoyed their free airtime credits in Cameroon and finally we increased the Youtube video views by an additional 3,500 plus! Pheew, not bad for a month’s work eh!!
Much thanks to all who participated with us, those who supported us, retweeted our questions daily or shared the Miss Ciana Facebook page and to those who silently followed, we are still thankful!
