The month of September was pretty much a busy one but also a fun one as we daily managed and ran the hashtagged #Ciana30 session; a daily online session planned as a strategy to continue with the promotion of rapper Ciana‘s debut video Ozeile Nchiengo that was released on August 4th. The ask was simple, the correct answer in the correct way got the individual to a final draw from which they could become the day’s winner. No complications…K.I.S.S.!!

Ciana 30

In collaboration with London based online African radio Pom Radio Extra, we spent 30 days asking the public questions surrounding Ciana‘s interests/life and the debut video Ozeile Nchiengo. The winners were announced through a final draw every night on Twitter/Facebook Page and on The Request Show on Pom Radio Extra.

Though it was quite stressful, we made it from day 1 to day 30 and through that created more awareness for Ciana in the face of her online public, we had 29 happy troopers who enjoyed their free airtime credits in Cameroon and finally we increased the Youtube video views by an additional 3,500 plus! Pheew, not bad for a month’s work eh!!

Much thanks to all who participated with us, those who supported us, retweeted our questions daily or shared the Miss Ciana Facebook page and to those who silently followed, we are still thankful!

Here is a chance to watch the video again…!

It has been a whirlwind but rather very busy 42 days since the release of Ozeile Nchiengo by rapstar CIANA as we secretly worked and worked and employed our ideas with the goal of getting the video views to cross the 10,000 mark barrier. And guess what, we finally did so very late last night and it was a joyous jubilation all around in the camp 🙂 🙂

We envisaged a wide online coverage prior to release and this was what we worked towards – getting as many online sites and bloggers as possible to write about the release and we ensured this still continued even a few weeks after release. We also ensured the press tour (pre and post) received an adequate postings online through Twitter real time updates to enable the public to continue to get a dose of the Ozeile Nchiengo fever. We ensured our own content creation around the release was precise but also fun to read for the readers with playful colourful imageries. We also employed other tactics such as sponsored posts, reshares, the #Ciana30 session and we also made great use of her youtube channel!

So here we are, 42 days later and we are celebrating for it is not with great ease that most artists in Cameroon smash the 10,000 views mark. This is normally achieved after months and months of release and for us it is a great record considering CIANA is a new music brand in the market and this was her first ever video release and in addition, our budget was minimal.

This is what CIANA had to say about this: “Voilà l’état de mon cœur…c’est grâce à vous que je me sens très encouragée ce matin. Je vous remercie, vous qui ont regardé, commenté et partagé mon clip depuis la sortie il y a presque 6 semaines.

I am thankful to you all and I would like for you to join my team and I celebrate as Ozeile Nchiengo finally hit the 10,000 views mark. Thanks for watching, commenting and sharing. I am certainly encouraged by your support.”

The overall feedback from media reps and from the public has certainly been great and encouraging…here is to many more to come and we thank you all!!

Thank youuuuuu 🙂

The countdown has just begun as we excitedly and eagerly sit up and watch backstage as rap artist CIANA‘s debut video Ozeile Nchiengo crosses the 10,000 mark after just one month!! This is such an achievement for her and it certainly has not been easy. A dedicated strategy is being worked with to achieve this result and we are also thankful that overall the Cameroon public has been very receptive of the new budding star. With over 150 likes in comparison to just 4 dislikes and very encouraging comments on the video link on Youtube, we are convinced that this song and video made the impact we hoped for.

Follow her September long online daily initiative #Ciana30 in association with Pom Radio Extra on Twitter @ModeMaisonPR or on her Facebook Page Miss Ciana for a chance to win airtime credits to a number in Cameroon. C’mon it is fun and we have 8 proud winners already 😉

This month has started on a very busy tip with a major focus on CIANA, our new hiphop queen in Cameroon. We kicked of the #Ciana30 initiative which is primarily aimed at drawing the public that much closer to CIANA through a daily question and answer session in association with London based POM Radio Extra online with each winner a day receiving airtime credits to their phone number in Cameroon.

So far so great and we are excited at the number of correct answers a day. Yesterday also saw us mark a one month anniversary since the release of Ozeile Nchiengo which stood at over 8,600 views already yesterday morning. CIANA‘s message to the public was one of gratitude and believe that the impossible can be made possible through a believe in God. Thank you all once more for the support shown.

Tomorrow, CIANA is the invited guest on the Youth Inside TV show on Equinox TV so do not forget to tune in to catch the new reigning queen. The #Ciana30 session continues today and you can follow it on Twitter @ModeMaisonPR or on her Facebook Page – MISS CIANA.

Catch you soon!

If you have not seen her Ozeile Nchiengo video, here it is! Pass it on will you 😉

The post media tour continues for stargirl CIANA tomorrow with a filmed chat session in the company of Fidjil host of television show Urban’iz at the swanky LYNK venue in Bonapriso, Douala.

This also follows our online initiative for this September month which kicked off today in association with POM Radio Extra entitled #Ciana30 whereby the next 29 days, will see us reveal a question a day relating to either CIANA‘s life or her debut video Ozeile Nchiengo. A winner will also be announced everyday.

Today’s question was: What is CIANA‘s real Christian name?

Answer: Caroline

Winner: Said Bara in Ngaoundere, Cameroon.

Tomorrow, we will inject a slight twist to how the winner is selected…keep calm and follow the session 😉
